MUSHROOMS

The current mushroom supply is experiencing a shortage due to compost issues at farms. Compost plays a vital role in mushroom cultivation, providing the necessary nutrients for their growth. However, unforeseen challenges in the composting process have resulted in a reduction in mushroom production. As a result, you may notice a temporary scarcity of mushrooms in the market. Farmers are working diligently to address the compost issues and restore the mushroom supply. Until then, supply will be low.

EGGPLANT

Eggplant supply is on the rise as the Queensland season swings into full gear. Queensland, known for its favorable growing conditions, is experiencing a bountiful harvest of this vegetable. With the increase in supply, you'll find an abundance of fresh and vibrant eggplants in the market. Now is the perfect time to experiment with new recipes or revisit your favorite eggplant-based dishes.

BLUEBERRIES

The current supply of blueberries is experiencing an extreme shortage. This scarcity is a result of the local blueberry season ending in April & restarting in the month of July. While we patiently wait for the local blueberry season to resume, there are small quantities entering the market but at a cost.
